A good kite design (with tail and all)?

I need to make a kite for a school project and i need to find a good design that allows the kite to be flown easily and will stay up for a long time. Can’t seem to find any online. Thanks for help :)

    I made kites with my grandma when I was a kid.
    It wasn’t that difficult and they flew well.
