Good idea for building a kite?

In a class we have to build a kite and it has to fly for at least I one minute. Any sure fire plans?

A good kite design (with tail and all)?

I need to make a kite for a school project and i need to find a good design that allows the kite to be flown easily and will stay up for a long time. Can’t seem to find any online. Thanks for help :)

Where is a good place to go stunt kite flying in New york city?

I live in washington Heights and i have great urge to fly my stunt kites and i wasnt sure where the closest place to fly would be.

Any suggestions, please?
